We truly hope that you love your new pieces. However, if you are unhappy with your purchases and would like a refund, then please follow the process below to enable a seamless refund -
1) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURNS and your order number in the title. Let us know your name, address, which items you would like to return and the reason for return. We will reply with the return address and a return code.
2) Pack your unwanted items along with your order information and return code in the original packaging or a secure postal box/bag and post to the return address provided by email.
Please note the following conditions apply -
- You must return with 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since purchase, we regret that we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
- The unwanted item must be unused with original tags attached, in its original packaging and returned in the same condition that you received it
- We are unable to refund or exchange sale items.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These are non- refundable. We would recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are unable to refund any items that are not received by us.
Once returned items have been received, we aim to refund within 10 days.
