We post parcels within the UK using Royal Mail 'signed for' services which will require a signature on delivery of your beautiful pieces.
Costs are as follows -
Standard Signed For 48 Hour Delivery (dispatch within 1-2 Working Days): £3.95
Free Shipping on all orders over £80
A restocking fee may apply if a parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail due to non delivery.
EU
For EU shipping, we use a combination of Royal Mail and Couriers. We will inform you of a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched to enable you to keep track of the shipping status.
Costs are as follows -

Countries within the EU are Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands) and Sweden.
EU customers will be liable for any import duties or other taxes, fees and charges that may arise in the country of receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you require any further information.
A restocking fee of £15 will apply should an order be returned to us or refused due to customs fees. This will be deducted from the refund.
Please Note
If the total weight of your parcel is over 2kg, an additional shipping charge may be incurred. We will contact you if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
We are unable to provide free delivery to EU on the Jonote backpacks and Miniland dolls and an additional shipping charge may be required on these items post checkout.
